Set within THE PIG's grounds, overlooking the forest, Pig Lodge 1 has a master bedroom, en-suite with monsoon shower and a spacious lounge, complete with a log burner and a compact kitchenette.
Pig Lodge 2
Also set within THE PIG's grounds, overlooking the forest, Pig Lodge 2 has a spacious double bedroom, bathroom with large monsoon shower and freestanding bath.
Forest Hut
The Forest Hut is a little brother to Bert’s Box, and is the perfect woodland hideaway - small but perfectly formed, tucked in at the bottom of the garden, clad in reclaimed timber with a private terrace. Our Forest hut has a cosy bedroom with floor to ceiling windows and an adjoining bathroom.

Bert's Box has fantastic floor to ceiling windows looking out over the surrounding countryside. The perfect adult's only escape to the forest.

Dinner: 6pm-9.30pm Monday to Thursday, and 6pm-9.45pm Friday to Sunday
Afternoon: We don't serve a traditional afternoon tea, however we do offer an afternoon menu of homemade piggy treats and sweet treats. Our Afternoon menu is served from 12pm-5:30pm in our lounge areas and on our outside terrace.
Wood Oven: The Wood Oven is open daily 12pm-5pm.
Lunch bookings are advised, however, Dinner bookings are essential! Please note we do not take bookings for the Wood Oven or Afternoon Menu.

Checking in and outYou can check in from 3pm at THE PIG in the New Forest, however, you’re more than welcome to arrive earlier to drop off your luggage and explore the gardens.

Electric Vehicle ChargingWe currently have two Universal 11kw electrical charging points for vehicles at THE PIG in the New Forest if you require charging during your visit. These are free of charge to use for PIG guests, fully compatible with all electric cars. Full charge for your car will depend on the size of your battery e.g. a 40kw battery will be fully charged within 4-5 hours. Please note you will need to bring your own charging lead, and once your car is fully charged we ask you move it to a regular parking space.
AllergensRestaurant: Please speak to our Restaurant Team at THE PIG in the New Forest if you have any questions about the menu, allergies or dietary requirements when you arrive.
Wood Oven: Please advise your server of any allergies or dietary restrictions. We cannot make gluten-free flatbreads as the oven will be used for the regular flatbreads so there is guaranteed cross-contamination.
Getting thereGetting there from here is key to many in determining a happy holiday. Access to major highways and high-quality public transportation at a fair cost are two vital factors for choosing a place to stay. Brockenhurst is perfectly positioned for easy access by car or train. By car, it's just 30 minutes from Southampton and under 15 minutes from Lymington. Alternatively, the mainline train station in Brockenhurst offers quick connections to nearby cities, including Bournemouth (just 9 minutes away) and London Waterloo (approximately 1 hour 48 minutes to 2 hours).

Our original PIG tucked away in the heart of the New Forest, our 32 bedroom country house is really a restaurant with rooms.

Nearest station
The closest station to THE PIG is Brockenhurst Station, only 1 mile away ( a 5 minute drive). London Waterloo run regular services to Brockenhurst which takes around 2 hours.
Taxi service
If you're getting to us by taxi, give Station Taxis a call on 01590 615141, who are based at Brockenhurst Station and will be able to get you over to ours in no time.
Nearest airport
Southampton airport is a short drive away around 20 miles (30 minutes in a car).
