Every day at 11am, our gardeners will be hosting a Kitchen Garden tour across all our PIGs*. Dig a little deeper into THE PIG’s plot to plate ethos with a peek into our polytunnels, greenhouses, veg patches and raised beds. Open to guests and day visitors alike – why not stay for a delicious lunch afterwards too?

The perfect time to try your hand at a spot of foraging is when you’re in the New Forest. If you're staying with us at THE PIG, come and join us and our local forager, Peter Studzinki, for a 2.5-3 hour course on all things foraging. 

Throughout the day, you’ll learn about how and why we’re obsessed at THE PIGs with homegrown, wild ingredients to make our signature dishes. You’ll wander the patch we call home to find the best in season pickings, enjoy a freshly foraged lunch prepared by THE PIG team in the heart of nature, and ask questions with the best in the field.
