Dive into the world of fermenting at THE PIG-near Bath with our new, morning workshop.
We'll welcome you in the morning with a hot drink and freshly baked pastries, before diving into the wonderful world of live fermentation. Guided by Willy’s ACV experts Lydia, Scarlett and Hattie, you’ll learn how to ferment your very own kvass and kraut, picking up practical skills and plenty of top tips to keep the goodness of fermenting bubbling away at home.


Throughout the morning, you’ll discover more about Willy’s ACV - a raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar made using the original “mother” and slowly fermented to preserve live cultures, probiotics and all the good stuff that supports gut health. Made from apples grown in ancient orchards, it’s a vibrant, living product you’ll taste, learn about, and use during the workshop.
Before sitting down to lunch, you’ll shake things up with a PIG cocktail masterclass, serving up a free-spirited tipple, using Willy's ACV new non-alcoholic aperitif, 'The Anxious Drinker'. You’ll then pull up a chair for a feel-good two-course feasting lunch inspired by Willy’s ACV, all accompanied by generous pours of our very own PIG Cut wines.

What time? Arrival at 9am for a morning workshop and lunch until 3.30pm
How much? £85 per person, which includes teas, coffees and pastries on arrival, a pre-lunch non-alcoholic tipple called 'The Anxious Drinker', followed by a two-course PIG feasting lunch in The Old Dining Room with a glass of PIG Cut wine (non-alcoholic available).
