Head to our house in the chocolate box Cotswolds’ village of Barnsley to sip, shake and muddle your way into a fresh new year, creating three utterly moreish, alcohol-free cocktails including a Spritz, Highball and Negroni, with top tips on how to perfectly garnish your tipples.
Hosted by our Group Bar Manager, Sam Vesey, and our good friends at Kore, we’ll warmly welcome you into our homely dining room, tucked inside one of our favourite bedrooms: the Rosemary Verey Hideaway. Gathered around one long table, you’ll learn top tricks and tips on how to create three seriously special tipples to wow your friends and family all year round.
There will be plentiful platters of Piggy Bits to graze on for a little extra joy this January while you get stuck in shaking, stirring, and muddling your trio of alcohol-free cocktails.
And, if you fancy arriving a little earlier (or staying a little later) for a proper bite to eat, we’ll knock 20% off your dining bill – the perfect excuse to linger a little longer and start your year, THE PIG way!

Everything you need to create three free-spirited cocktails, using Kore Drinks’ own alcohol-free brands: Crossip, Smiling Wolf and Real Sparkling Tea. Plus, there will be plenty of sharing platters of moreish Piggy Bits to graze on while you get to creating your trio of tipples!
