We're not ones for fads or fluff here at THE PIG… but we do believe wholeheartedly in slowing down, breathing deeply, and carving time out just for you. And there are few better ways to start a summer morning in our books than with an hour of gentle yoga on the front lawn of THE PIG-at Bridge Place, surrounded by the Kent countryside and with the sounds of nature as your soundtrack.

This August, head outside for an easy morning session of quiet grounding. You’ll have the chance to stretch out on the grass and set yourself up for the day, followed by a light, grazing breakfast in the Garden Oven.

No experience necessary, just come as you are!

You'll arrive at 7.45am to a warm welcome from our host, before rolling out your mat under the stretch tent on the front lawn as the morning gets going.

You’ll start with a morning chant to set the mood for your day ahead, before flowing into Shanti Sunrise; a gentle yoga and wellness practice, built around calm energy, breathwork and mindful movement.

The session will close with Chakra Balancing; a grounding practice that helps restore a sense of stillness and ease before you head out into the day.

Once the mats are rolled up, you’ll wander with your fellow yogis up to the Garden Oven – our outdoor eatery under the trees, tucked beside the restaurant – for a light breakfast of nourishing, feel-good bites to round off the morning in the most PIG way possible!
