Food
We’ve got an obsessive commitment to home-grown and local produce: simple food done well
THE PIG-in the Cotswolds' 25 mile restaurant will be taking non-resident bookings towards the end of summer 2024.
It’s all about the Kitchen Garden
Our Kitchen Garden is the beating heart of the operation at THE PIG-in the Cotswolds.
Everything is driven by our gardening team who work hand-in-hand with our chefs to sow, grow and create our seasonal 25 mile menu, brimming with uncomplicated, simple British garden produce. Anything we cannot grow ourselves we source from our local supplier friends here in the Cotswolds – so we can be 100% honest about the provenance of our ingredients.
We are spoilt in Barnsley, with fresh local produce grown and reared right on our doorstep. From homemade bread baked at Lynwood & Co, and the best quality, local meat from our butcher Jesse Smith – to the fresh fish from our fishmongers at New Wave and the delicious preserves on our breakfast tables from A Pot of What.
